foster care

foster care isn't always what it seems to be. i know some people who i wont name who are in foster care. some kids get placed in homes where they get beat on. kids get put into homes where they get sexually abused. i mean its not all that bad so i'm not going to say that. it's a chance to get out of homes with abusive parents or the person that's responsible for them.some kids get adopted. if you get sent to group homes it's like a prison and they don't treat you right. they put kids in therapy which can be helpful but they need to watch who they hire because that person could do anything to that child in that room for 50 minutes. but that's not always the case therapy is proven to be helpful for most people.Some foster parents look at the children as pay checks and neglect the children .

i feel like just because someone seems like a good person on paper doesnt mean they are actually good people. before they put the children in any home they need to check the person and make sure they are actually good people. some of the children will make excuses for why they have a bruise on they self. not all foster parents are bad some actually want to help the kids and bring them into a good home. when children get adopted the parent gets to change they name and can make them stop seeing they blood family. i feel like children should still be allowed to see they family no matter what. people should always know where they come from are they often can get lost or upset for not knowing where they come from. even if they parents were bad people they should know who they are.

if the child has a bad record they don't care who they send them to as long as they have a place to live. i feel like that's wrong to do because the kids are troubled doesn't mean they have to be treated unfair. some caseworkers don't really do they job i'm not talking about all but some don't even visit the children as often as they are supposed to. like this one time this family had a little kid stuffed inside a coach and put the pillows and stuff on it like the child didn't die. when the case worker came to visit they said the child was with a friend or someone they knew when actually the child was inside the coach. i said all this to say foster care isn't all good it has it's bad sides.
